Doubling down with an eight against the dealer’s 6 or 5. This can either make or break the hand as there is a significant possibility for the total hand to be larger than 18 but at the same time a much greater chance for the dealer to go bust.
Standing on a 13 and 12 against a dealer’s 2. A very reasonable thing to do because there’s a big chance the dealer will break from the two if more high cards are present in the table.
Doubling down with a nine against a dealer’s 2 or 7. The likeliness of a player making a 19 is very high if paired up with a couple of tens while the dealer’s hand can either get a 17 or a bust.
Pass if the total number of value is a 16 against a dealer’s 8. Chances are tiny, and there is only little winnings on the other hand. If the surrender option is not available, stand on a 16 against a dealer’s 10.

Don’t pass on a 15 when the dealer has a 9. The chances are much higher when having a total of 15 compared to losing half of the wager when surrendering.
